you put electrical tape over the pins connecting to the harness. dont know which pin it is. there
 

are 3. one is ground, one is always on, and one...is the one that controls blinking

for sale they are silver and just blink amber! they look good but do not have the filiment for the parking lights. would work great for what you want to do!

i just took out the pin on the corner bulb. my projectors are on
 

all the time and then the turn signals work but the corner lights arent on with the projectors. follow the wire in the harness to the correct pin and remove it.
