How many times have dealers not fixed problems on your A4's?

My first time going - My wheel bearings are bad and still are - they say tire noise.

Five (yes FIVE) instrument clusters (fading display) put in , still not fixed
 

Getting BS from both AoA and Dealer. AoA says "No problems with displays", dealer says AoA says "it's a know issue".

Anybody out there got the real story???

Htown = Houston - I wont tell which dealership - there is only 2 in town anyway

No idea, but I'd have to guess that it's not the cluster itself...

Would qualify for the lemon law here in Michigan.

Left handed shifter still not working as i'd like it.

My thought too, it occured to me it might be an installation issue so...
 

I asked the service manager "Did the same tech install all five???", he said he didn't know.

I opened a case with AoA for whatever that's worth.

I wish in CT its "substantial defect" I don't think this qualifies. :-(
