Default Five (yes FIVE) instrument clusters (fading display) put in , still not fixed

Getting BS from both AoA and Dealer. AoA says "No problems with displays", dealer says AoA says "it's a know issue".

Anybody out there got the real story???

Default No idea, but I'd have to guess that it's not the cluster itself...

...figure the odds of getting 5 bad ones.

Default My thought too, it occured to me it might be an installation issue so...

I asked the service manager "Did the same tech install all five???", he said he didn't know.

I opened a case with AoA for whatever that's worth.

I wish in CT its "substantial defect" I don't think this qualifies. :-(
