what cops do in the movie "Gone in 60 seconds" wait in someone's tinted car and tape while you wait with a video camera. (um.. set the white balance on the camera so that you dont' have to use the "light") .... bring guns, baseball bats, pepper spray, paint cans, chains also.. chains are very useful if you are in a serious fight... kick that living **** out of that mother****er i say..
