Regier RS4 front, V1 sides, and V2 rear.. The rear is a little low, but I'm getting used to it.. Other than harnesses/seats coming, I am done for a couple of months!!!! A big thanks to Jorge (Scuderia) for snapping these pics yesterday!! |
what kinda suspension you running?
very nice! Good job.
thanks!
Loose the door sills!
H&R race/Neu Bils.
you put the sills back over the sides? how come? looks cleaner with out them
Rather not....
I had them put them on these to prevent against scuffs, and as it is, i am lucky to have them on there becuase even I have donated a couple scuffs to them..
z-flo fmic?
Scuff insurance for my retard friends (and myself)
yup
black owns!
where are you located? i am in kansas city
Looking good! anyway you can center the z flow?
Looks a bit odd being way at the top of the bumper.
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/33943/rs4front2.jpg"> |
how you like it? i'm leaning towards the greddy...
Bah, decisions. And Christmas coming up!
greddy is a quality kit for a very reasonable price.
Not really
as it was, I had to get the pipes rewelded to fit behind the bumper, and I didn't want to start hacking away at the bumper.
The Z-flo design is hard to beat.
should use some clear plastic protectant, like for front bumpers, or

greddy=quality, but its a crappy kit. Half the intercooler sits uselessly covered by the bumper-
support. Not to mention you have to cut like have the bumper support off, so once you get it make sure u never get in a front end collision. Quality parts in a kit that unfortunatly sucks ass to mount.
When I get some time I will, I'm just happy to have the kit on!!!
sexy
NICE nick!
looks good man
thanks Chip!!!
yo man, you're still coming up on Saturday right?
how's the ride?! i know it's relative- but i'm looking to replace my eurosports/stockshocks
yeah. what are you doing friday?
i might wanna come up friday night/afternoon and hang out with you. then we can go to jon's on sat??? i need to get away from cadets. i'll im you later. i dont wanna like invite myself though. but i do wanna check out your ride
You can defiently feel the road with that setup
imo, not too rough for the street, it's perfect.. About 2" lower than a stock non-sport A4, a perfect height if you ask me.
By all means man, come up!!!!!
btw how long u been riding on the Kumho MXs?
Just wondering what you thought of em. I have had mine for a few thousand miles now. They are nice and soft, sticky in turns...im afraid that being as soft as they are is going to make them wear quickly. Hopefully i get 10k miles out of em!
that meaning your set up or my current setup?!
I've been on them for about 5k now
yea, they are VERY sticky in the curves/turns.. They've held up to me abusing them in the canyons here around Boulder all summer, and they come back wanting more!!!
My setup
I kinda like to feel the road though..
agreed =) recently sent an email to greddy on the subject =P
whoa, even with an s4 bumper on you still have to do some cutting??
You can easily lower it.
It just takes some time..
Yes you do, unfortunatly
behind an S4 bumper is worse because its much more open. At least behind the A4 bumper it fills the space, on an S4 bumper it will look crammed to the top of it with a big empty space below. Im sure you could fab up some brackets and new pipes to lower it, but whats the point of buying the kit in the first place if you have to fab up new brackets and pipes?
got any pics of the damage?
are you saying there's too much room between the FMIC and the bumper, or room from the bottom of the FMIC to the "bottom" of the bumper?
Sorry, not trying to confuse ya. The greddy unit looks sweet, but if it's going to be major pain in arse to install... well i'd probably end up buying it anyways. *roll* =) |
Without rebending all the IC pipes, you really can't
sure, you can hack away the bumper and have have it fit, but I'd rather not do that.. Plus only about 30-40% of the IC visibe is needed to be effective..
enjoy

i'd imagine having the maximum core cross section available to flowing incoming air would provide
better cooling. Sure partial is better than stock, but complete visibility to the moving air would be ideal.
