Did you measure the relay with a multimeter before you ordered?

Dont have multimeter, so today in the morning car had no previous codes, when driving back home car just died with all esp lights and etc, and only started from like 3rd time and didnt happen again but same codes appeared again. Weird part that it doesnt happen everyday.

Update, just received the relays, 614 relay they sent me 80amp one instead of 70amp and covered it with black marker… Should it be okay?

Dont have multimeter,

Go buy one, even a cheap one from Amazon is better than nothing. Very handy tool for working on cars.

And yes you can use a higher Amp relay. A relay is nothing more than an electronic switch. With a higher amp rating, it just means the contacts inside the relay are a little more beefy than a 70 amp relay.

(A relay is not a fuse, where as that is a bad idea replacing a lower amp fuse with a higher one.)

I googled the P1857 code and i get that it might be faulty MAF? I do have a spare used MAF so might change swap them today and see what happens.
