Check your level sensor arms to see if they are disattached.

My front left shock went bad. When starting the car the compressor would turn on and raise the front to ride height however out had an extreme leak and would be back on the ground 20 minutes later. I replaced the shock and all seemed fine until the test drive she is now randomly raising to an alarming height and then shortly after bleeding off back to ride height. Day 2 and still having the issue intermittently. Any thoughts

I wouldn't spend any money for any mechanic to check out the car, unless I'm blind, deaf or senseless. Quite many people on here paid for ppi and got junk cars and had to sell after spend tons of money. If you can't feel the honesty of owner, too lazy to inspect and testing out the car, don't buy any $80k cars, why pay $200 for someone to look for you? Do they care about buying the car as you do? Where's the logic in it? Give the money to charity, good karma would steer you into the right car instead.
I bought the car 450 miles away, talked to the owner through email for months, he even told me the problems I had never asked that wouldn't show up any where, any machine.
Cheers,
Louis
