So everybody who didn't get their trash picked up should take it to the lawmakers

I think the trash guy was probably going a bit fast (without knowing the road and conditions, hard to say), but this is just plain silly. The cop showed no judgement, and the lawmakers who gave them the power need to be checked.

I think it was a Stage III truck with lots of K04's and a blow off valve too!

Maybe somebody threw a skunk in the trash and it was the only way to get rid of the smell!
