Default So everybody who didn't get their trash picked up should take it to the lawmakers
who created the law, and leave it on their doorstep for disposal.

I think the trash guy was probably going a bit fast (without knowing the road and conditions, hard to say), but this is just plain silly. The cop showed no judgement, and the lawmakers who gave them the power need to be checked.
