I think the r520's were a replacement for RS4 k04's... not RS6's.
 

And last I heard they weren't being produced... not enough interest.

Go with RS6's or the R650's if you want more powers.

tune 400-500
60lbs injectors 250-300

3800 for rs6 kit
or 3xxx for tial r520

and last i heard they are being made. just debating what would be better

RS6s. the 520s don't flow much more than K04s
 

unless they've changed out the wheels in the 520s.

Looks to me like it's just the output from an electronic boost gauge sensor...
