Brad, now you're an expert in demographics? The facts don't agree with your statement.
 

Loma Lina (Redlands) and the surrounding areas hava a median income comparable with most of "Affluent" areas of San Diego (and surrounding areas). There are a lot of wealthy and wealthy/retired people in the inland empire. After all, a Jag/Audi dealer is not going to survive very long if the areas demographics don't match with the target market they are selling to.

Please be careful if you challenge our Brad - he can get a little testy.
