Default Brad, now you're an expert in demographics? The facts don't agree with your statement.

Loma Lina (Redlands) and the surrounding areas hava a median income comparable with most of "Affluent" areas of San Diego (and surrounding areas). There are a lot of wealthy and wealthy/retired people in the inland empire. After all, a Jag/Audi dealer is not going to survive very long if the areas demographics don't match with the target market they are selling to.
