With the strategic powertrain plan currently in play, I believe that would fit in the...

And if you believe a production version of the Q7 Hybrid concept vehicle shown at last year's Frankfurt motor show is imminent, all I can suggest is that you not hold your breath wating for it.</font> |

...<font color="003366"> there is still quite a bit of additional development on the DQ S-Tronic transmission to meet the torque requirements of the 350 engine.
It's being developed, but the plan is not to hold the car up for a gearbox.</font> |
Don't forget
that HPA has over 25k miles (Daily by Marc) in his 3.2 TT with FT400 upgrade with zero issues. I know that a major gearbox for a car maker can't be based on such success but just an FYI.
Also HPA built the 3 "SEMA" cars 2 of which had Twin Turbo (550hp) and the DSG boxes.. |
