Yep, also just plain idiots. As evidenced by the lack of diffused vents on the U.S models. Audi knew that someone would have the vent in diffused mode, call AofA complaining about how the air isn't blowing out directly and appears to be obstructed by something in the vent itself. AofA rep would then tell them to just pull the center ring of the vent outwards. American would argue that "who would want a vent to do that?", say "its dumb" and hang up. A couple weeks later they'll realize how cool the diffused vents actually are, or maybe not.

Yup, only in America would people be ballsy enough to sue for what Americans sue for. It's almost comical, if it weren't so sad.

Amen to that. I truly WISH we had the diffused air vents. I'm too scared to try to modify my own, and Audi apparently doesn't trust us to understand how to work the vent if they gave it to us.
