MMI Software Version
Given the number of issues people are experiencing with MMI buggyness I thought this could be a good place to post our software versions. If versions are different then it's time to go to the dealer and demand a software update

I have exactly the same versions. Over two months and 2000 miles, no bugginess with the MMI at all. Confusing at times, but no bugs.
Once the Virtual Cockpit reset to the default view from the e-tron specific view. That was about two weeks in and has not recurred.

Steering wheel button lost its configuration to open the garage door
automatic high beams setting turned back on after turning it off over a month ago
tutorial now comes up on how to use the MMI every time I start the car
Ive given up on adjusting the settings as they will just revert back to defaults a week or so later. Have reached out to the dealer to see what can be done.

Might be a dumb question, but have you created a user where you saved your settings? If yes, have you checked that not a different user or guest was loaded? The only thing that I‘ve seen was the mute/unmute where I would leave the car mutet and when came back it was unmuted. But this encountered also on my 2016 A4.

Just picked my e-tron up this week. I noticed I have a different software version. Also interesting is that my 2019 came with a 2020 manual. It was built in September.

Interesting.... I’ve heard nothing from my dealer after telling them I’ve had issues with the MMI. I shouldn’t be expected to contact them every 5 mins to see if a software update is available.
typical Audi, you’ll only get notified about an update when you take it in for a service. Clearly it’s too much to expect them to be proactive and reach out to customers asking them to bring the car in for a software update. All the more reason why Audi should’ve done OTA updates with this new MMI bug given how buggy it is the thing would probably take a dump during the update and stop working completely.
