Charcoal canister behind FL Fender Liner
I'm not where I have access to my manuals and I'm wondering if anyone knows what the canister behind the fender liner on the front passenger side is for and what the part number is on a '93.
Shop said mine had a small crack and was leaking a small amount of charcoal. They sealed it with aluminum tape and I'm trying to determine if I should replace it.

It is an emissions control item and holds excess fuel vapors during engine operation and then pipes any liquid back to be recycled.
Tape may well hold for a time, but I bet there are plenty of them around for a song on vehicles being parted.
