Wastegate bypass regulator Value

Good Evening,

I would like to replace what I believe is a wastegate bypass regulator value sensor-M75. Does anyone know the part number for the sensor that is shown in the picture. The sensor comes from the number of hoses off the air mass sensor from the air filter box. Any ideas?
