Nice cleaned, inspected and reassembled brake caliper from a 2018 Q7 3.0T with ~62,000 miles. I bought this to use for parts for another 6 piston Akebono I'm rebuilding. Unfortunately, I did not find out until I had broken the caliper down that the pistons are not the same size as the one I'm rebuilding. This caliper has 35mm leading pistons, 35mm center pistons, and 38mm trailing pistons.

The part number is 4M0 615 105 EB . I have been unable to find it in any parts catalogs, so I cannot verify fitment/supercession. Determining fitment is the buyer's responsibility. Wolf Auto Parts (big VW/Audi breaker) says this part crosses with 4M0615107C, 4M0615107H, and 4M0615107AD.

Condition-wise, the caliper is excellent. Visually, there is some brake dust/staining that I was unable to remove but most is inside the caliper. I would expect it to present nearly new once it’s behind a wheel. Every piston, seal and boot was pulled out and carefully inspected. The pistons showed almost no wear. The seals were perfect with no nicks or indication they should be replaced. The boots were expanded and checked and had no tears or signs of wear. I conservatively applied some 3M silicone paste to the seals and pistons when reinstalling, and they slid home smoothly and felt great.

Asking $150 plus shipping. You'll pay that much or more from a breaker and receive an impossibly dirty, un-inspected mess. Ask me how I know...
