While the advent of the TDI engine is great, Audi of America should allow greater consumer choice in determining what options our cars have.
Wonder if I can talk my dealer into swapping out the Pirelli's now when my 2013 arrives in a few weeks. Every dealer I spoke with was a no go with this when I was searching.
While the advent of the TDI engine is great, Audi of America should allow greater consumer choice in determining what options our cars have.
The amount of clients that don't want navigation, back-up camera, etc on a 310 hp AWD luxury car is slim. So I can see Audi's logic in going with a Premium Plus as a basline the 3.0 models. Very few people bought a Premium model 3.0 Quattro A6.
You can't buy a similary equipped 300 hp plus AWD BMW 5 series or MB E class with the same equiptment as an A6 for the 56-57k price point of the A6 Premium Plus.
Audi has them beat handily in the value department on that.
