Both resonator delete sound

How does the front (first one from the down pipe) and mid muffler delete sound? Is there any drone? (Everything between cat and stock mufflers deleted)

I ended up moving the appointment because of work, getting it done this Thursday! Gonna remove my first res see how it sounds then remove my second if needed.

Deleted front resonator today!! There absolutely zero drone when cruising on the freeway sounds the same as stock. I’m pretty sure the front res mutes sound from higher rpms cuz you can only hear it when you get on the throttle. It’s significantly louder than stock but not too loud, can also heart DSG burps and occasional pops

I'm curious to know how much it was to have the res delete work done.
I'm in the LA area and am really considering doing this also.
Any chance you can upload a vid with sound clips?

It was around $130, I would recommend getting a quota from your local muffler shop instead of buying the resonator deletes online. For example, the 034 Motorsport res-x resonator delete removes the front res for $180 bucks if you have all the tools to install the delete. It’s cheaper to just have your shop delete it and install a new pipe. I would highly recommend it, sound clips here :

You inspired me. Had mine removed today. Love the fact that there is zero drone and a bit of sound now... but, it's probably only a matter of time until I want it louder 😆

same here 😭 thinking about removing my second res and keeping the OEM mufflers
