Default Cargo Accessories

There are two rails in the cargo area of my A6 Allroad. I assume they are for accessories to secure loads but I can't find any OEM or aftermarket accessories that fit in them for the C8 platform. I've checked with two dealerships and they have no idea. Does anyone have a clue as to what the rails are for and if and when Audi will offer accessories? This is a Google search picture and it looks like an A4 Allroad, but even that is vague. I'd sure like to find an "elegant" solution to stuff sliding all over the place.

It is for cargo aluminum divider and elastic tape

pn: 4M0860378PK for aluminum divider and
pn: 4M0860378C4PK for elastic cargo holder

Bought them in Europe for around $80 each.

There are cutouts under trunk floor for storage when not in use

The rails are for cargo tie towns which clip into the rails. The tie downs are stored under the trunk floor toward the rear seats. They clip into place and can slide to accommodate different tie down points.

I retrofit the rail system into our B8.5 A4 allroad. I forget where I sourced the parts though. I had to install the tracks first. I'll want the cross parts for the A6 Allroad we ordered as well.

You should be able to source this part from VW dealer as well. This part is used in VW cars too. I purchased mine on at the dealership in Poland. Family send it to USA via post Office.

You are looking for these items:

Management Parts | Variable Cargo <-Click Link for More Information

Since your car already has the rails this makes adding these parts much easier. RS6 models are coming with the mounts included up in the front of the trunk hidden under the floor (your mileage may vary in having the mounts).

You can use that link above to combine a bar, strap, mounts if needed and there's a nifty little Audi logo bag for storage of the strap and mounts if you do not have the storage space in your front trunk area.

If you or anyone else have more questions about it just let me know here or via PM/email: contact@europrice.us

Cheers,
