2019 a6 electric system malfunction
Hello
Electric system fault occurred, dealership change a valve in the engine compartment. 2 days later same problem and the dealership replaced alternator and battery, next day same problem and the dealer planing to replace the ECM, what do you think

Has the same issue on my car last Thursday, Audi really phoned it in, with these 2019 A6.
No I have no car & no loaners where available, I have to come out of pocket for a rental, Audi should pay for this.

Had the same issue with my 2019 Audi A6 3.0T. First electrical system malfunction, then vehicle completely died shortly after. Had to have the car towed to a friends shop. Unfortunately mine is not covered by warranty, any suggestions what I should do?

Audi sent out letter to all customers extending the warranty to 7 years and unlimited miles, just get in touch with your Audi dealership.
If that's not the issue, sorry to say you have a very big bill coming.

If it's the starter-alternator which 90% is the case, it's covered under warranty even if your car is outside it's factory warranty period.
Audi sent out letter to all customers extending the warranty to 7 years and unlimited miles, just get in touch with your Audi dealership.
If that's not the issue, sorry to say you have a very big bill coming.

Yup, my brother got the same message he had in May. Had the alternator replaced (took 1 month) under warranty. Same message popped up yesterday on the way in to work. Took it to Audi yesterday afternoon, they said it is a bad alternator again. Hopefully it won't be another month to replace.
