MYAUDI unable to subscribe Audi Connect

Default MYAUDI unable to subscribe Audi Connect

For four months now, I am unable to renew my Audi Connect subscription for an e-tron 2019.
Entering my credit card returns me the error R:LHMSJ-E:WEBFVM-2-500. In August the Audi support told me this is a known error and a fix to the MYAUDI app will be distributed.
November 27th, I was told the fix is not ready and no information is available about the time of the fix, or about an alternative procedure, such as phone order or web page.
Any information about the scope of this problem and the reason why such a log time is required to fix an apparently minor software bug ?
AudiConnect is an important feature considered when I bought this car.

You should be able to log in at the web page, and extend the subscription there. Right now there is even a 20% discount with code FeatureFriday

Unfortunately, this site leads me to a canadian version (I live in Canada) - https://www.audi.ca/ca/web/en/custom...on-demand.html - that tells:
"With Function on Demand, you can drive your Audi experience by adding exciting features on a subscription basis. Features are available on eligible models as monthly, annual, or lifetime plans available for purchase on the myAudi app."

Looiks like canadian customers (or other customers group) must go through the buggy app.

I have a 2019 e-tron and just needed to renew my Connect Prime subscription for another 18 months. I have always renewed it through my account at www.myaudiconnect.com (never through the app) and it did work again just now. The link quoted above takes me to a subscription page that seems to be valid only for MY 2024 vehicles. No discount on the myaudiconnect page though.

So you have spoken with the Audi Connect Service Desk? I had some issues with my subscriptions some time ago. Audi is able to do everything on their end that you do on the app--they can start subscriptions, delete them, charge you money and refund you money. You should get them to generate a "ticket" for your problem and elevate it to the people who can actually do something.

There is a new banner on the European site today, indicating that the site also here soon will have less functionality.

Yes I have spoken with the canadian audi connect service in August and November, tickets were opened ( and I received emails for evaluation ! ) and both persons were very sorry and very clear that the only solution to this known problem is to wait for a software fix from Germany.

Thanks for your personnal report that I will share with the dealer where I have bought the car . Hoping it will contribute to increase the pression for delivering some solution.

This is an ongoing issue for at least 6 months now. Nobody from Audi wants to own it, each time either Audi Canada or Audi Digital is asking to refresh the myAudi app and try again in 2 weeks. Audi Germany said the can't do anything in the NA region. Last time I bought anything from the Audi Functions Store was in May 2024. Since then you get "Internal Server Error 500" when you try to add a payment method to your order. This does not matter if you use your myAdi app or go to audi.de... Shame

A similar issue here. Purchased a 2023 A6 Allroad two weeks ago and have been unable to subscribe to Audi Connect because audiusa.com won’t allow me to upload my payment info. I contacted digtialhelp@audi.com and was told that a ticket was submitted on my behalf, and that they were waiting on a reply from the “Tier 2” team. Was told that this issue is typically resolved within 24hrs, and that I would be contacted via email once the issue was resolved. That was a week ago. Reached out again today, and was told they’re still waiting on a reply.

Based on some of the comments I’ve seen here, I’m concerned that I may be unable to subscribe to any services for the foreseeable future.
