Can’t set up digital key - any solution?
Leased a RWD Premium Plus a couple of weeks ago. Took some time to get the car and the software dialed in but there two things still not quite set.
1. I cannot set up digital key. It does not even give me the option to do so in the MMI. It’s blanked out. This has been escalated to L2 Audi support and I am waiting to hear back from them. Has anyone else had this issue and resolved it?
2. I have the latest update for MyAudi and iOS and the MyAudi app is not showing up in CarPlay. Just the choice to go back to the MMI. I am in the US so is this not available in the US or do I need to do something?
