These are OEM parts, only available in Anthracite Grey or Polar White. I suppose you could plastidip or paint them

Pretty easy with a trim removal tool. Have to do it very carefully so as not to break the tabs on the existing rings during removal. Install was simply clipping the new one in. Repair manual says you have to remove the bumper but I was able to just carefully pry off the old rings.
where did you see the lit rings, I don’t see them on the Audi accessories store. Can you share the link?

Interesting. I wonder if it comes with a wiring harness and instructions on where to tap in. I didn’t see any space for wiring to pass through from the front grill under the rings when I removed my old ones.

I was wondering the same thing. Audi doesn't offer much information on what's in the box, or what the installation process is like. I'm debating buying it because there's a 20% sale right now with free shipping, but I usually like to have more information before committing to a purchase.
