Default Bank 2 misfires and jerking

hi guys

Cylinders 5,6,7,8 misfire, according to VCDS I have the timings fine, both cams -1.0 to 0 K"W

crankshaft Bank 1 - 1.0 K"W, second bank 2 - 3.0 K"W

VCDS only reports a bad lambda probe Bank 2 S1 - it should be noted that it has been dead for a long time and the car has been running on spare factory maps all the time.

the car runs poorly at low revs and the engine shakes, above 3500 it runs normally and runs like a dragon, I really don't know,

don't you guys know what else to try? what should I look at in VCDS??? i have 4.2 MPI - BFM

Does unplugging the MAF sensor improve running?

absolutely not at all, as I mentioned, the car is already running on the factory map,

the car has some other problem and VCDS does not report anything, I don't know what else to try, it just occurs to me that I don't have the original Ross Tech cable, but a clone, but all units communicate perfectly

as I write again - it is true that I have a problem with the Bank 2 S1 lambda probe, but the car is already running in spare mode all the time, I have disconnected the connector directly from the lambda

I don't know what to try, some test, or a test in VCDS...

Your VCDS knockoff isn’t reporting any misfires, yet it’s obviously misfiring? I’d be trying a better diagnostic tool first….

Why not replace the long time failed B2 S1 ?

Sounds like there are compounding failures so I would start with the obvious.

so

after a long search and looking at the values in VCDS (and by the behavior of the car) I figured out what's wrong with my car, the car is nothing more than a half-dead Lambda probe, there is simply no other problem with the car I looked at the measured values and Bank 1 is constantly moving voltage from 0.050 to 0.7 (rich and lean mixture) Bank 2 is also good when cold, but over time it constantly shows 0.045 and does not change, the interesting thing is that when I'm standing in the garage and the engine is very hot, the bad Lambda catches and starts working and the engine runs like new at that moment

my question is how to replace this bad lambda? do i have to dismantle the intake head? Bank 2 sensor 1

I think you might be able to do it from the top with some extra long extensions/customized tools. I saw some Russian (or similar) video on YouTube a while back where they managed to do it that way.

Good luck!

well it wasn't easy but I managed to replace both regulating Lambda sensors before the catalytic converter, it was necessary to dismantle the entire air intake, all vacuums and much more

I replaced the PCV valve and bought new spark plugs, four-pin, just to be safe.

Still Have this problem, both banks, System too Lean

Lean on both banks is most likely a vacuum leak. Use standard automotive diagnostic techniques to identify and fix.

Dave, I rely on you and I know you're an expert, I appreciate it, but now I don't know what to do.
