Look into the JackRod jack support tool. It physically locks the jack in its up position so even if you have a hydraulic failure it can't collapse. Putting that removed wheel under the side of the car may save your life, but will destroy the sill and door of the car - yes, better that than dying, but there are better ways to achieve the same level of protection without the potential for vehicle damage.

Looking good. I think definitely an improvement from the stock wheels in looks and maybe weight too. The stock Audi wheels tend to be quite heavy. Now you just have to find an Audi center cap. My photo does not show it, but I found some with silver Audi rings on a blackish background though it was tough to find caps that were a good fit.
