Low Coolant?

Low Coolant?
Just had my S8 service on 5/22/26, last one before I turn in the lease in September.
Yesterday, I pull out of the driveway and only 30 yards from home I get a Low Coolant warning. I turn around and park in the driveway, and check my coolant level. It's very far below the line on the expansion tank. I keep a bottle of G12 Evo in the garage, so I top off the coolant level. It took more than half a gallon to get half way between the Low and High fill lines. Checked my floor, no leaks evidence. Where did that much coolant go in a month?
