Wow, What has happened to AUDI?
2011 S4 - NEW
2013 A8 -NEW
2014 R8 - NEW
2019 A8 - CPO with 14k miles (Current daily driver)
Just a few things what they did for me before and after sale on my 1st 3 models
2011 S4 - AoA was short on supply with SS inlays and there were some customers who received Piano Black inlays instead. an AoA Exec named Bradley Hollister made sure that I would get what I ordered
In 2013, my first A8 Model, you could have a custom color order (for an extra $1500) for the Short wheel base as it didnt come with same Interior colors as the NWB. Bradley Hollister was aware of it and he had to call the dealership with the CODE. i sure miss that guy. Last I heard he is now out in the field as an ASM.
A dealer had my R8 as being sold 2 months before It was actually delivered to me which cut me short 2 months of my warranty. I called AUDI and they actually gave me a full 12 months extra warranty added (net gain 10 months) and sent me a letter for proof
Also, on the R8 I did not like the R8 V10 WHEELS. I prefered the Wheels on the V8 version. The dealer told me nothing can be done, AUDI shipped the v8 wheels to the dealer (it only took about 3 weeks)
I have had some good After sales experiences from AoA
Fast foward to present
1. AoA was structured with flagship division which has been gone for many years now (2015 maybe?)
2. Their 1ST LINE of defense customer service reps really aren't very informed.
3. i have not had as much luck (including AoA response) with the D5 as I had with the D4 and other AUDI models
4. There doesnt seem to be the same AUDI enthusiasm with corporate as well as dealers as their once was
Today they are an entirely different company. Its so sad

Fortunately I know the Audi Canada corporate side very well and they've always been extremely helpful with Goodwill requests and stuff for all of my Audis including those in my family. If it weren't for them I'd probably left the Audi brand years ago

I was looking at three pages of better Business bureau complaints about AoA. Some of the complaints were addressed properly from Audi but most complaints Audi did very little. But I also thought that some of the complaints from customers we're out of frustration so they were very very belligerent in their request. Do they think they're going to scare Audi into fixing their problem? Be nice to be courteous be respectful. If that doesn't work then nothing will
