Fluids specifications and capacities
Recently I purchased a 2020 Audi Q5 55 TFSIe (phev) quattro in the European market.
I would like to execute on my own the maintenance, stuff like filter changes and most importantly fluid changes.
Can someone please help me find out the fluid specifications and capacities for:
1. The transmission hydraulic part and mechanical part
2. Front clutch pack for the quattro ultra system
3. Rear clutch pack for the quattro ultra system
4. Rear differential
and any other mechanical system that contains oil which can be changed.
I already found the engine oil spec and capacity for doing an oil change, but I am missing the other information.
The DCT ATF is G 055 529 A2, 3.5 L refill. The MTF is G 052 549 A2, 3.8 L refill. Note the two digits in bold. Four of each should be all you need, but a 5th on hand for whatever might happen is up to you.
2. The AWD clutch is the stronger version used with the 6MT (VTK1200) than the one used with the normal DL382-7A (VTK800). But the fluid and capacity is the same. One G 055 515 A2. Note the specific instructions for refilling in the workshop manual.
3. There isn't one.
4. The type 09R rear diff is like the common type 0B0 ultra rear diff, just stronger. But it does also take more of the gear oil than the 0B0. 1.25 L of the G 060 190 A2, versus just under 1 L for the 0B0.
"A2" on the end of the fluid p/ns typically means 1 L bottle.

Are there any other components besides the above mentioned which would require an oil change?
coolant
transmission atf (which is for the dual clutch and the mechatronics)
transmission mtf (which also lubricates the front diff)
transfer case oil (ie, the "awd clutch")
rear diff gear oil
brake fluid
AC refrigerant
windshield washer fluid
fuel
Believe that's all the "liquids".

What's the spec and quantity for the coolant and is there a difference between the engine coolant and the HV coolant or are they the same?
Thank you for your support.

If we look at the US 2020 Q5 manual: https://ownersmanual.audi.com/app/na...language=en_US
If the vehicle doesn't have some statement on it for only using G12evo (the adding of phosphates was for latest cooling system component metallurgy), then you should be able to get away with using G12++, G13, or G12evo.
If we look at the US 2021 Q5 manual: https://ownersmanual.audi.com/app/na...language=en_US
Now it's saying only G12evo. MY21 was the facelift; were cooling system components changed to necessitate G12evo? Or is this simply a consolidation to the new supply chain? I can't really say.
I'd say look at the vehicle engine bay itself. Does anything say G12evo specifically? If not, then it's G12++, G13, or G12evo as what's convenient. If it says needs to be G12evo, then only G12evo.
It's all the same coolant system, so yes, same coolant. I don't have any idea what extra steps are involved in a TFSIe for changing the coolant. That would be laid out in the workshop manuals. The MY20 Q5 TFSIe would be using an EA888 Gen3 engine. Looks like the draining and filling of the TFSIe coolant system is covered in the EA888 Gen3 // B9 Q5 workshop manual. I.e., that's not the "Servicing" manual, which is vehicle agnostic and covers the details specific only to the core engine.
