I'm so mad...I've got a mini-van loaner for the day from Rietzl Audi, and I'm PAYING for it!!!
When I called Rietzl to question them they told me I was scheduled for an A6, but non of the A6 loaners had been returned yet and there was nothing they could do. The folks there were understanding and I appreciate that there was little they could do at the time, but I was and am infuriated by this situation.
I've said it before, Audi of America needs to make it a company policy to provide customers with loaners at service and not lay the responsibility to make such arrangements on the individual dealers. Most luxury or semi-luxury marques provide this service to their customers and if Audi wants to maintain the market share it has gained in recent years, they need to step up and offer it too.
