Dealer destroyed me wheel
Went to pick up my car from the dealer, and noticied that the front passenger side wheel was totally screwed up. All the paint was peeling off it like it was rubbed up against a curb. Whats funny is that my car has been danaged by this same dealer 3 times now. First time that cracked my windshield, second time they scratched my rear bumper badly, and then this...whats up with Valley Motors?

Happens at my dealer too.
Happen to me also. They dinged up the Driver fender on my car at the 5000 mile service. Just make sure you always look over the car when you give it to them and recieve it back. As soon as you see something let them know when you are there. GIVE THEM HELL.

Read what a friend of mine did at a BMW dealer in Dallas...
He had a 98 M3 4 door that he had brought in for service and there were door dings when he picked it up ($350 to repair), service manager said it was there when you left it. So for the last year of his free service and any time he went to the dealer he had the service advisor walk around the car with him to see that it was perfect and he took pics with his digital camera from all 4 sides and had the service guy note it on his ticket. The last time he had it in for a major service before he sold it they had put a gauge 6-8" long on the back bumper, again service manager said it was there, he walked into his office showed him the pics from the day before and they replaced his bumper with a new piece, apologized and asked him not to come back to that dealer for service because he was dificult to work with.
