never get reply from GIAC!

Sent number of messages to GIAC regarding chip upgrade, but never get reply from them! Why? Is their mail server got problem?

You have to email their distributors.

Yeah, I think their mail server has had a problem for the last year or so...

Try contacting one of their vendors. There's a list of vendors on their site.

coz I'm oversea buyer, their distributors tell me to call GIAC directly. But no answer!

You should get a response directly from Garret, you'll just have to wait...

possibly 2 weeks...If you have a problem or an urgent question you're better off emailing/calling a distributor such as AWE or DSR.

GIAC has been having server problems....

getting a response will take a while due to internet server problems. If you are concerned about chip upgrades try calling his local dealers. They know alot about G's chip and can help you out with what ever upgrade you might want.

if you have a technical question try the dealers also and fwd the message to GIAC. he does reply to E-mails it just takes a while.
