Sorry - OT, but I need help with VIDEO/COMPUTER PROJECTORS again.......
IIRC, there were some of you who were very knowledgeable in the area of projectors.
I looked into them about a month ago and found them to be too expensive. Well my dad needs one occasionally for his business and they're going to buy one anyway - he offered it to me when he's not using it (which is 99% of the time) sooooooooo...........
I need a projector that will function equally as well for his PowerPoint crap, as well as for TV and Movies for me. It should be reasonably portable (Less than 8 pounds is OK), have at least 1024X768 resolution, and DLP (heard it's better for Video - and 90% of it's use will be as my TV).
A 16:9 aspect ratio option and HDTV compatibility would be icing.
All for under (well under is better) $4000.
