Re: Compared to Infiniti/Lexus...
Audi Advantage has VASTLY improved over the past year - they're now using AAA for roadside assistance (who, I might point out, was at my car at a camping ground BEFORE I got back from making the call at a pay phone), and all service has been quick and outstanding (at Audi of Bernardsville and now Bell Audi - both in NJ).
Compared to Infiniti and Lexus, though, there's generally less "friendly face" stuff - Audi isn't still regarded as a "status brand" - people buy the cars because they're solidly-built German road machines, not because the dealer offers a Mocha Java at each visit. My father, who has an Infiniti I30, has often commented about getting a Q45 at his service, and that his "sales consultant" kept in touch with him...
-josh
