19 vs. 22mm rear sway? comments appreciated.

its hard to get a 22
b/c they damage the subframe.. as I am told.. neuspeed actually stopped selling them, they *may* be selling them again.
most will say that 19 on soft is all you need to help for street use..
do you really want your car to have an almost non independent rear suspension? for track use, I guess a 22 is warranted, but i'd stick to the 19. less chance for damage, and should be enough to corner as level as you should need to for street use.
