just got a ticket on comm ave in boston

cop pulls me over and starts yelling at me for not pulling over earlier. says he was behind me for awhile. however, then he says that he was parked 1 and half blocks away from where he pulled me over, never used a siren, just small lights on an undercover car. he cursed at me and said i endangered the lives of people by changing lanes without signaling. i changed lanes twice only using my signal the first time. the second time some guy cut me off so i moved into the middle lane from the right lane. the cop, says "i dont give a **** about the guy who cut you off, you had to signal" i said that my first instinct was to brake but there was a car behind me so i simply switched lanes quickly i didnt have time to signal. he didnt care. told me he could arrest me and then gave me a ticket for $225. 2 unsafe lane changes. 2 fails to signal turns, multiple marked lanes violations.

What a punk.....

Take him to court and contest the ticket, also make a complaint to his supervisor. If you need any help getting this ticket thrown out, drop me an e-mail, should be no problem

fight it dude...cops hate all the rich BU kids on Comm Ave

with their BMW's, Porsche's and Mercedes. I've even seen some exotics on Comm Ave. The cop probably has a chip about young people with nice cars. Jsut fight it and explain your situation. I won an inner city ticket that was less bogus than your situation.

Seriously, today....

I pulled up to a cop at a red light to turn right and the cop was clearly going straight, I make a full stop then turn right and the cop pulls out to follow me.....What a punk I just went and parked so he couldn't do anything....
