Bahahah! That remote antenna is the exact same one Bel has been using for the last 8 years...
...interesting looking unit, but I think you'd have to be off your rocker to pay $1500 for it. If you ask me, the Passport has always been overpriced when compared to the competition.

well same looking case at least. Anyway
most of the recent advances in detectors has been in the signal processing, not antenna design.
I could be wrong but the SRX looks to be a derivative of the Passport SR1, not the Bel.
