Something utterly blew my mind this weekend, saw a Rolls Royce Corniche Convertible

at the parking lot of a Sam's Club in Vernon Hills. FYI the Corniche has a MSRP of $353,000.

Thing is it wasn't even in the back of the lot, it was sandwiched in by the other brain-dead minivan drivers that often frequent such places. The owner just plopped it into the nearest spot they could find.

Utterly shocked.

Once saw a guy at my local Publix stuffing groceries into his 360 Modena.

ran out of room and had to put some in his passenger seat.

Lots o DB-7's up in North Chicago suburbs like Lake Forest...

dime a dozen there.

I can see it now, owner of a $350,000+ car hits the Sam Club because they have one gallon drums of olives for $3.00 cheaper than Dominicks.

Sam's Club is fine and all (was there with friend who shops there all the time) but wouldn't you tell Jeeves to bring the freakin Chevy around, and not the Corniche???

Oh, the humanity.
