I'm just completely unfamiliar with CSS.. I know some html

actually it's my GF's homework, she's busy with her "Important" classes and i'm trying to help.

and It sounds somewhat like greek to me

No, I don't expect anyone to do it for me, but, I could use some help..

they gave no examples for how to do this.. so basically i'm trying to find someone to interpret.

If you use a HTML editor (like Dreamweaver) it is pretty simple. If coding by hand, look at some

tutorials. Here are some that I like:
