People have been saying 2-5 hours labor. At my Audi dealer, labor costs $83 and change per hour, so you do the math. If you get it done elsewhere, labor rates vary $45-60/hr. If you have tools and instructions and time and some knowledge of working on cars, you should be able to do it yourself from what everone is posting. It's primarily bolt on upgrades.

I have a quote from a shop that works mostly on Audis. I will try to remember to bring it to work tommorrow.
