Default When i attached the mesh i didnt use the original grill's border..

I found it easier to just cut a larger than needed piece of mesh, and then go to the bumper and crimp in the edges that were too big. Using this method i created pieces that were the exacxt right size, then i just painted them. does that help? I found it easier than measuring to the popped out grill.

My Installation

Default zip ties to the center posts in the bumper

you can see the post in this picture. Its the bar to the left of the fog light. I used double zip ties. twist the two together, feed them through the bar with the twisted side away from you, push the ends of the two ties through the mesh holes while tilting the grill slightly towards you, then work the grill into place and twist the two tightly together. i only anchored the grill in this once place, but its held now through a light snow and a medium rain! also id color the ties black with sharpie so they dont stick out.
