would a Milltek or APR exhaust benefit my situation?

I'm thinking of either upgrading to 18" Oettinger RE wheels or upgrading to a new exhaust this summer.

I have the Neuspeed chip that is only .8 bar, would a new exhaust with 2.5 piping really benefit me without the higher-end APR type chips? Roughly what kind of h.p. increase could I expect to see?

5-10hp at the max

you'll notice at top end.. is it necessary.... not really. only go with it if you feel the need for it.

A bigger exhaust will help even a non-chipped (turbo) car...

The turbo will spool up a bit quicker. I never really felt a HP increase, but I definitely noticed the quicker spool-up.
