And BTW, the white looks AWESOME, if you haven't seen it in person, make sure you do, it looks much better in person than on the website\in the catalog. What the hell are you talking about? If you have any idea what your talking about you'll know thats simply a flash over filling and reflect off the alum face plate. So what is your point?

Did you do it or have a stereo shop or something do it? Do you have any tips? I am thinking that I am going to start with a sheet of ABS plastic and do about what you did.
Did you start with a sheet of aluminum, and just trace and cut?
It looks like a damn close match between the aluminum and the silver trim, I'm impressed! I would appriciate any tips you may have.
