and they give enterprise loaners without any hassle or reservation crap.
I'm kinda glad I bought the car from them after all. who knows maybe the extra grand in sales gouge was worth it.
I had to have the headlight squirter cover replaced because it simply disappeared one day while I was driving.
After 3 weeks, they got the part and sent it to the paint shop. Then after 2 more weeks, they determined the paint shop "lost it" so ordered another one. 3 more weeks and they got the part in so I decided to to my first dealer service/oil change at the same time. They said I could wait...would just take a couple of hours. Well, 5 hours later...they ended up sending it to the Porsche bay where THAT guy was really nice and did the work fine, except he adjusted a heat shield in such a way as to hit something when I go around right hand tight corners. While I was in the service dept., I heard the service manager treat a number of VW customers rudely and disrespectfully.
When I finally got the car back, they had A4 on the paper work and hadn't bothered to stamp or sign the maintenance records in the car. They charged me the usual zillion dollars for synthetic oil and didn't replace the missing plastic screw on the engine cover (like I had asked).
I got the impression they didn't know the difference between an S4 and a Passat.
