2000 Santorin S4 13k miles for $33000

I just sealed the deal today. A Nissan dealer took it as a trade in! Clearly they did not know what they had as kbb.com shows the trade-in value as $38,100 and the retail as $44,765. When I first looked at the car they faxed me an A4 price sheet! By the time they discovered the mistake, a binding contract already been signed. I am way excited as I have wanted an S4 for awhile now. Found it on the internet listed at $33,995. Still there I think as the dealer said he was getting a lot of calls. Only downside is I had to pay $900 for shipping as I live in San Francisco and the S4 was on the"East Coast" Allright, I'm done rambling.

The question really remains...what the hell was it traded in for?

Some guy could not afford the payments for the S4 so he took one of the new "20th Anniversary" edition Maxima. 227 HP, etc. According to the dealer anyway.

Uugh, I would have been in an A4 1.8T so much more than a Maxima in that situation

Is it rebuilt?

IF SO, HAHA. Dealers will do anything to sell a car. look around, see if all the stickers, and badging is on the car, if somethings missing BE WORRIED!
