live in NJ front liscense plate holder

I took mine to a body shop to be painted.
I had to get my front bumper redone due to someone backed into it and I had a ton of rock chips. I bought an extra trim piece and took in the plate bracket. They only charged me $50 extra to paint the trim piece and bracket and to drill holes in one of the trims. I don't use my front plate and haven't got a ticket for it yet but if I need to put on the plate I can just swap out the trim pieces and put the plate on.
