Default Mods, money and more...
A pleasant hello to all.
I just got my `01 S4 six weeks ago (another silver/black). We (my baby and I) are still stock (UUC short shifter on order), which leads me to my question.
How do you guys explain, justify, cover up,... the expenses of the modifications to your spouse, especially if he/she does not quite join the enthusiasm for the needed modifications?
I'll be running in some serious trouble with my wife for the more expensive items on my list and need some good ideas here.

Default You can try . . .
asking her NOT to get you anything for birthday, x'mas and/or anniversary and save those money for a stage II or something.

. . .I've yet to try it on my wife.

Default EASY : Explain toher it will make you happier and will bitch at her less.
You could also, just to be fair, allow her to get something expensive she wants.

Makes sense ?

Guess being single has benefits uh ? hehe
