Ok guys/gals.. opinions please...
if you're S4 go's out for a very short trip, not even enough to move the oil temp guage, is it MORE or LESS important to idle it down than when coming in from normal drive where operating temps' are normal ?

the idea behind warm-down is to give the oil temp time to cool so that it doesn't coke on the turbo bearings once turn the motor off.
Also, the exhaust manifold (cast iron) needs time to contract and expand.
