My bumper is full of scratches after 3 months

I can't believe how easy it is to scratch the bumper......the slightest kiss with the bumper of another car leaves an ugly scar. I thought of putting a black rubber strip along the back bumper of my black/onyx 2000 S4 to protect it from parking-incurred scratches. Has anyone tried this ?

I've put some Ski protector material on the bottom front of mine.

Try Xpel or Armourfend--->

I had it put on my bumpers to eliminate the dings and scrathes. So far it's working for me.
